Every year, the Structural Engineers Association of Metropolitan Washington (SEA-MW) brings local structural engineering students and professionals together to facilitate connections and broaden the students’ understanding of available career paths. In addition to presentations touching on introductory and in-depth topics within Structural Engineering, there is also a career fair that features structural engineering firms with a local presence.
At Ehlert Bryan, we look forward to and enjoy participating in the SEA-MW Next Step Career Fair every year. It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet prospective structural engineers and showcase our firm and our people. Thanks to this forum, we’ve been fortunate to find students who joined our summer internship program and decided to return to our company as full-time engineers after completing their studies.
