Brick masonry and waterproofing repairs to the 10 - story brick masonry clad building. Services included investigation, design, bidding, and construction administration.
The project required innovative solutions to overcome the waterproofing challenges posed by the precast lintels grouted solid with the exterior brick cladding and exterior brick deterioration.

Survey, evaluation, and preparation of repair drawings and specifications for the facade as part of a larger renovation of the historic Monticello Dairy site.
