Three-story, 50,000 SF multi-use facility in Arlington, VA. This center features an arts & crafts room, a dance studio, a teen lounge, and an indoor basketball court.

A mixed-use facility that is the first fire station/affordable housing project in the United States. The space uses special accommodations to account for noise reduction in the residential units.
