Engineering News-Record (ENR) has awarded the new U.S. Consulate in Matamoros, Mexico as a Global Best Project due to the design, safety, and quality provided by BL Harbert and Page. In addition to Matamoros, an Award of Merit was announced for the new U.S. Office Annex in Amman, Jordan.
