Ehlert Bryan received the “Outstanding Project Award – Renovations Under $15 Million” at the SEA-MW Excellence in Structural Engineering Awards Gala for the 3431 13th Street NW project in Washington, DC. This conversion of an existing sanctuary into a three-story apartment building required unique structural solutions for each major building component, keeping our design team challenged at every turn.
