A new aquatic and fitness center on a reclaimed brownfields site in Arlington, Virginia. The building design echoes non-rectilinear geometries found in nature to connect the building to its surroundings.

Location: Washington, D.C.
A new approximate 8,000 SF two-story clubhouse constructed on a pier and wharf. The structure is steel-framed with a steel beam and metal deck roof and a composite concrete upper floor on steel framing. Design loads were provided to the pier consultant for use in their pier design.

A new recreation and community center with a variety of amenities including a competition pool and full-size gymnasium in Ashburn, Virginia.
