Envisioned as a transit-oriented gateway to the City of Falls Church, West Falls is a 10-acre mixed-use development in Falls Church, Virginia. This project includes about 900 residential units (including multi-family, assisted living, and affordable), Class A Office space, retail, medical, and parking structures as well as outdoor public greenspaces. Construction has already begun and Ehlert Bryan is serving as the structural engineer of record on most of these buildings.
