A new nine-story, 435,000 SF, mixed-use development with an 80,000 SF parking garage, 24,000 SF of retail and 331,000 SF of residential (279 units). The building is a post-tensioned concrete structure supported on an auger-cast pile-supported mat foundation. A portion of the tower is constructed over existing Metro tunnels.
