The Project
This project consists of two major developments consisting of residential towers over street level retail along with a new fire station, new urban park, and a new connecting street. The buildings are aiming for LEED Silver certification with efficient mechanical systems and a rainwater collection system used for irrigation.
The East Development includes an 800,000 SF 28-story residential building over a 470,000 SF four-level below-grade parking structure and a fire station.
The West Development includes a 400,000 SF 23-story residential building with ground floor retail.
Structural Features
The structural systems are cast-in-place concrete with post-tensioned slabs above grade and conventionally-reinforced slabs below grade.
