The Project
Two, eight-story 190,000 SF office buildings and a five-level 400,000 SF parking garage. The office buildings are mirror images of each other and connected with a double height, glass enclosed atrium.
Structural Features
The office is a concrete frame with post-tensioned, wide-shallow beam floors supported on drilled piers. The steel framed screen wall is up to 30 feet tall at the high end and creates a book-end effect between the two buildings. The garage is a post-tensioned beam and slab system on drilled piers.
