The Project
This project is part of a multi-phased redevelopment of the historic Monticello Dairy site in Charlottesville, Virginia. This new 225,000 SF mixed-use residential development includes multi-family housing, office, and retail space.
Repair Features
Ehlert Bryan was involved in the survey, evaluation, preparation of repair drawings and specifications for the façade as part of the renovation project. The scope of work included brick and mortar repairs, installation of helical brick ties, lintel repairs, masonry cleaning, and temporary shoring of the façade incidental to lintel repairs.
