The Project
A new four-story 320,000 SF condominium over a two-level parking structure. There are 148 residential units at a total size of 205,000 SF with the remaining space as parking.
Structural Features
The garage is cast-in-place concrete construction with a concrete transfer slab at the juncture of the residential units and garage. The residential floors use a Hambro composite floor joist system with a thin concrete slab on load-bearing metal stud walls. The roofs are plate-connected wood trusses. Concrete and reinforced masonry stair and elevator towers provide lateral bracing.
