What inspires you the most about working at Ehlert Bryan and how will that affect your approach to leading the Florida office?

The people and their approach inspire me the most. At Ehlert Bryan, we are excited and passionate about structural engineering and finding creative solutions in our designs. We collaborate, adapt, and find fun in the process of design and construction. This environment is key to a successful office (and happy people) and, that means to me, the people we choose to add to this office are the most important factor in our continued growth and success.
