What values are most important to you as a leader and founder of Ehlert Bryan?

As the founders of Ehlert Bryan, George Ehlert and I placed honesty and integrity at the top of the list of values for the firm. As structural engineers, we are entrusted with the public’s confidence, responsible for delivering quality projects to our clients, and ensuring we are open and fair with our employees. The best way to accomplish these goals is with an honest exchange of information and ideas while maintaining our personal and corporate integrity.
