Benjamin T. Gunden, PE, SE

Ben joined Ehlert Bryan in 2010 after spending a year abroad volunteering structural engineering services.  His broad experience is highlighted by the project management and design of complex renovations, concrete high-rises, and international projects located in some of the world’s most seismically active regions.  He brings technical expertise coupled with creative, practical solutions to each of his projects.

Although an accomplished engineer, it is the people and the relationships (both inside and outside the office) that Ben enjoys most about his work.  Ben leads Ehlert Bryan’s in-house training program and enjoys training and mentoring other engineers.  Ben has also served in leadership positions for multiple years in the Structural Engineers Association of Metropolitan Washington (SEA-MW).
